Dashiqiao Hongwei Refractory Factory was founded in 1984 and transformed from the original Dashiqiao Spinel Brick Factory into Dashiqiao Hongwei Refractory Factory in 1998. It is a sole proprietorship refractory manufacturer specializing in the production of shaped and unshaped refractories.

The factory is located in Yingkou Nanlou Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 416.32 million square meters.

In 2003, it passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification. In 2010, it passed the ISO90012008 quality management system certification; Certificate No.: 01010Q1021R3S

In 2007, it obtained the production license of magnesia carbon bricks for the second time. In 2010, the company obtained the production license for magnesia carbon bricks for the third time, certificate No.: XK05-004-00,249

Dashiqiao Hongwei Refractory Factory has 120 employees, including 12 engineering technicians. Now it has developed into a fully functional and self-contained production and operation enterprise with fixed assets of more than 65 million yuan, annual production of 20000 tons of qualitative refractories and 30000 tons of uncertain refractories.

Our main products are magnesia carbon bricks, alumina magnesia carbon bricks, alumina magnesia spinel bricks and other stereotyped products, as well as unshaped refractory materials such as blast furnace iron channel materials, blasting mud, slag modifier, tundish dry materials, furnace mending materials, gunning materials, electric furnace bottom ramming materials, electric furnace, converter, medium frequency furnace, ladle masonry and maintenance. Our products are sold to relevant domestic customers.

The existing main production equipment of Dashiqiao Hongwei Refractory Factory: 2500t1, 1600t, 1000t, 800t, 630t friction brick presses, including CSH-600 high-speed mixer and 750 planetary mixer, including 4 sets of raw material breaking and crushing systems; Two sets of dust removal system; 3 heat treatment kilns; One set of ball pressing system and one set of ball forming system; 8 lathes, planers, milling machines, grinders, radial drilling machines and drilling machines; 3 mould heat treatment kilns; Fully equipped refractory testing room; There are 4 30 loaders and 3 t forklifts in total.

In recent years, transformation funds have been invested successively: the cylinder mill and cylinder screen with high energy consumption, low output and large dust have been eliminated, the Raymond machine and vibrating screen with energy conservation and environmental protection have been adopted; the high-speed mixer, QY-50A-6.2/8 air compressor, non-metallic ultrasonic flaw detector and 650 planer have been purchased and updated successively; Renovation and construction of 3000 square meters of factory buildings: 800 and 630 brick presses have been renovated respectively to improve the output and product quality by giving greater play to equipment efficiency, improve product competitiveness, and at the same time, new office facilities such as computers have been added.

Since the establishment of our factory, we have adhered to the principle of being fair and law-abiding, observing regulations and disciplines, and operating legally. There are no illegal records and debt disputes.
